Warranty Terms
1.14-Day Limited Warranty:
•We offer a 14-day warranty on defective parts specifically used in the original repair.
•The warranty is void if water damage, physical damage, or evidence of tampering is present.
•The warranty applies exclusively to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
•No Warranty on Aftermarket Parts: While we offer affordable aftermarket parts, these do not include any warranty.
2.Non-Returnable Parts:
•Any parts ordered for your device are non-returnable and cannot be used for any other device.
•If you decide not to proceed with the repair after parts have been ordered, you will be charged for the parts. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.Accidental and Water Damage:
•This warranty covers only defective parts that fail due to manufacturing issues.
•Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
•Repairs on water-damaged devices do not include any warranty.
Repair Process
4.Data Loss Disclaimer:
•Calles Phone Repair is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during or after the repair process.
•Customers are advised to back up their devices before repair. Any failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.Prepayment Requirement:
•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before commencing the repair. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of the repair.
6.Service Timeframes:
•Estimated repair times are provided in good faith and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the issue, availability of parts, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
7.Device Condition Acknowledgment:
•Customers acknowledge that Calles Phone Repair has explained the existing issues and potential risks associated with repairing the device.
•Calles Phone Repair is not liable for issues arising during or after the repair process due to pre-existing conditions or device fragility.
Privacy Policy
8.Data Protection:
•Calles Phone Repair values your privacy. All customer data provided during the repair process is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of repair and service communication.
•We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data with any third party without your explicit consent.
Liability
9.Limitations of Liability:
•Calles Phone Repair is not responsible for any additional damage to the device that occurs during repair due to pre-existing conditions, fragile components, or unforeseen hardware failures.
•We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or performance of the repaired device.
Payment Terms
10.Final Payment:
•The remaining balance is due upon completion of the repair. Devices will not be released until full payment is received.
11.Unclaimed Devices:
•Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion will incur a storage fee. Devices unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the company’s discretion.
Dispute Resolution
12.Jurisdiction:
•Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
13.Arbitration Clause:
•In the event of a dispute, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in North Carolina, as per applicable state laws.
These terms and conditions are effective as of January 6, 2025. Calles Phone Repair reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. All updates will be documented and made available on our website at www.callesphonerepair.com.
